A few months ago, I discovered one of the best VPN services I’d ever used.

There is now a three-times-a-day limit on how often you can use it.

In my initial assessment, I believed that it was not that bad, but now I am not sure whether it is due to a bug or something else, but after 30-40 minutes of being connected to a server, the server automatically disconnects.

I’d appreciate it if the developer could remove the restriction and, if feasible, repair the bug I described earlier.

They are far superior to this software and are completely free.

However, I’d like to point out a potential issue with the app: when people repeatedly connect and disconnect, the trial period ends in less than six seconds, and there are no more trials available. I hope this can be fixed because I can’t stand the feeling that I’m fighting this issue, and I’m not going to lie, this VPN isn’t bad!

It’s especially their customer service that impressed me. I wrote them twice about a problem with my membership (it was my fault because I wasn’t patient enough) and they responded swiftly (not to mention that they didn’t make me feel like an idiot).

I have to check the connectivity of every country in your app because I can’t tell which server is providing the best connection.

As you can see from the screenshots, their interface is far more user-friendly.

You only provided a continent-by-continent list of countries, but you didn’t provide the country’s ping, which I had to open by clicking on the country.
