I really get all my needs in this chat and social networking app! But I was disappointed at first because of the local policies! Okay I understand privacy and security but it was very difficult at first! That’s why I prefer to use Kakao’s speech privately and secure communication.

I just downloaded the app and I can’t text anyone or even my family due to security issues. My family also can’t text me. This is not acceptable and there is no point in using it, unless the company helps me resolve it. I hope with this message they will be able to contact me.

Ever since I downloaded this app, whenever I tried to chat with someone or join a chat group it has always been said that I can’t join because of a ban policy. I never had a chance to use it. I hope you can find a way to fix this because other users also have a problem. Until I update the app, I still can’t join any groupchat or even chat with someone.

The server is really bad. My messages are not moving yet. It keeps saying that the internet connection is unstable but my internet connection works well in any other app. The problem started after updating the application.

It’s too bad. When I try to delete my account it says I have to stop registering first, when I try not to register it says we can register. It’s very annoying .and it keeps saying to me “you are not allowed to join the conversation” whenever I try to chat with anyone. I was my fav app but found verse
