First of all thank you for coming back to me in my first review. Update # 2. I tell you all the guessers for the second time out there, this LockMyPix app is straightforward that no bull is involved !!! I was skeptical at first but I gave you the gun, I’m glad I did !! I want to get an upgrade but times are tough, I highly recommend it if you want to hide anything and you can feel like James bond !! 100 🌟s.
I had subscribed to a few other privacy services and yet, I backed up my experience with customer service. When I got in touch for help, I received a text message asking me to “be patient” while they were reviewing my question, usually waiting a few days for the answer. I take Google reviews very seriously and should have considered LockMyPix as my first choice when choosing a privacy service. As I continue with the divorce, my documents are very important and in the past they were removed from my phone. I have lost important documents of documents which resulted in the loss of important information which cost me financially in court. As mentioned above, customer service is important and as a customer service manager and asset storage expert myself, I know people have options. Although there is a FAQ page I can refer to, I need live, manual help that I can get immediately.
Seems like a great app, but Can’t see my SD card in my Samsung Note 8. I have chosen this app specifically for this feature, so I look forward to solving this problem and raising my rating. Keep up the good work 😊 Edit: coincidentally, my SD card died at the same time. I’m back to using this app and I love it 🤙
I like this. My only regret is the name. I like the calculator hide my photo app. You have hidden that you are hiding pictures. But this is the only one, that I found, where you can filter the pictures in order yourself. Some images look better horizontally and others look better upside down. With calculator apps I will have to display a lot of images to add new images and re-add some.
Amazing app !!!! No one knows my concern about anime cuz all the anime pictures are in the app, I really like this app! Advertising about this app is accurate, and it does what it is supposed to do, hiding photos and videos. You can also create private notes, albums, move photos and videos from your regular gallery to the app in seconds, and everything I basically need! You can also move photos and videos elsewhere instead of another photo I’ve always wanted! highly recommended to me
The app worked well for me. But over the last few days I have noticed that my status as a paid customer has been restored and the app has started to suggest that I upgrade to a paid system. I purchased the one-year plan in April 2020. Please check this out in advance. Email me support too. Hello!

Soooo you are disappointed with this app! This is from 5 to 1.5 stars for me! It was $ 1.99 a month and I was told I was out of space so I had to pay only $ 20 for the last 2 months. Now I open it to see that I am no longer in space and ask to pay $ 162 and I can not even look at my pictures because I get nothing but ADS! CONFUSED to say the least! Time to find somewhere else!
At first I gave it 5 stars, but I decided to update it for the first time in 3 years, and now I regret that I did. What used to take 3 seconds (30-50 images) encryption now takes 2 minutes. Same with uploading thumbnails while scrolling. What used to be instantaneous scrolling from top to bottom for hundreds of images now takes seconds every time I start scrolling through the next few rows of images. The update had no visible changes, worse performance for no apparent reason.
