I like this app, but I’m having an issue with it.

A YouTube video that I’d just finished merging suddenly faded to gray and returned me to an unfinished version of the video.

I need it fixed as soon as possible because it hasn’t even been completed and it just stopped for no apparent reason.

All of the transitions are fantastic.

Since I use this for YouTube, I really hope you can fix the voiceover option because it’s so difficult to use.

I normally don’t rate apps, but this one is so simple that even a newborn can use it.

Only nice things can be said about this software, and I want to thank the developer for making it. The watermark isn’t as terrible as kindmasters, and it’s just a good editing app.

Overall

This was the worst app I’ve ever used.

When rendering certain audio, it doesn’t function, and when editing audio, it doesn’t work until I use the split tool, and then it’s gone again after a few seconds. I’ve already sent so many emails and feedback through the app, but nobody has responded. Can you please tell me what I should do?

Where should I go for assistance? Please refund my money if you can.

Audio files don’t line up correctly after processing, films are corrupted, and the software crashes, which used to make this the greatest video editor.

Even though I’ve paid for this software, I’ve noticed a latency problem.

This happens when I’m attempting to sync video clips with audio in an editing project because the time changes when I play it again.

Why do so many of your video templates fail to perform properly?

On the first day of my subscription, it works OK; after that, it doesn’t work or appear. I don’t plan on renewing my subscription since it’s a waste of money.
