I was able to track down a solution to my analog problem on Reddit (worked on android 11 ).
In the configuration, accessibility, and services installed
Switch each one off or all of them off. Alternatively, you can turn them all off.
The next step is to figure out which one is to blame.
I sincerely hope this works out for everyone (This is not an issue with android itself but needing update for apps that are not android 11 compatible).

Using this emulator, I’ve encountered some lag and a texture problem in Dream C Club portable.
However, it doesn’t crash or fail to load, thus I highly suggest this program. I don’t know how to repair it.
You should check your accessibility app settings if you’re having problems mapping controllers on Android 11.
Bluetooth-connected controllers may not operate properly if the app you’re running is allowed to use accessibility settings. This could lead to a problem with directional button mapping.
Not until the combo keys were removed from this software did I begin to enjoy it.

While playing rpg games like God Eater or Monster Hunter, you can exploit this to your advantage.
It’s difficult to play the game now that it’s gone, and the performance actually becomes worse in v1.12. Please fix it more in the future.
In certain instances, the lag is reduced, but it’s still there everywhere.

Some games that worked fine before now seem buggy, such as Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker or Blazing Souls Accelerate, and I hope they can be fixed soon. There is also a 5 to 3-second saving delay in some games that used to save instantly or normally, and this includes loading time as well. Other than that, this is still a good PS1 emulator and I hope it stays that way. Good luck to the PPSSPP dev team in fixing any new bugs like this.
