Another aspect that lowers my score is the extent to which users on the platform, such the fads that circulate on the app, influence young people.
Finally, it’s unfair to the people because they may remove anything they want, even if it complies with the criteria.
Even if an app is entertaining, the user interface (UI) is often downright infuriating.
For example, receiving “Lives” notifications on a regular basis is quite inconvenient.
The “so-and-so is live” notifications continue to be received even after I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, signed in and signed out, and various other combinations of these actions.
Even people I don’t follow get notifications from me.
I despise it to the core.
This app is extremely frustrating for autistic adults.
As soon as I hit the ‘back’ and’scroll’ buttons accidentally, the video disappears and cannot be recovered.
When it comes to watching videos, there is no such thing as a “watch history” or a way to keep track of what you’ve already seen.
I’ve had many a tantrum because a video in which I’d invested a lot of time and energy had mysteriously vanished without a trace.
This is NOT an app designed with people with autism in mind.
