The payment issue with Google must be resolved.

According to your BDT rating.

Because the price was not stated in USD, the payment gateway refused to accept my payment.

This problem should be resolved in Bangladesh and we should be allowed to continue using the current license version until it is.

Overall, a decent program that keeps us safe from fraudsters and other bothersome callers. However, the call recording is subpar; you can’t hear the other person very well, and it’s difficult to understand.

Is it that difficult to add a block/unblock option to numbers?

When I block a contact and then call that contact again, I don’t get the choice to unblock them; instead, I’m given the option to block them once more.

You must go into the blocked number settings to unblock someone.

Please have it corrected.

Show an unblock option if (Person in Block)

Else display Block.

For the benefit of your programmers, I’ve included a short piece of code here.

There is no reason to pay these engineers when they can’t even implement the most basic of functions.

Please put your app through its paces.

Honestly, I can’t think of anything negative to say about it.

I’ve tried a lot of caller ID apps, and this is the greatest one I’ve found.

Is it okay if I don’t respond? There don’t seem to be as many reports as there once were.

Bringing your databases together would be fantastic.

My phone’s default caller ID is Hiya, and I discovered that Hiya’s functionality has been integrated into the app. That’s fantastic!

Also, I am having issues with call recording in the Truecaller app and the support team isn’t providing any solutions when I raise a ticket. They tell me to send my phone version and then say they can’t do anything about it in the second and third replies. I’d like to be able to pull my contacts from Facebook, Outlook, and LinkedIn as well.

I’m also use the premium version of Truecaller.

Caller identification works beautifully.

Before the most recent update, call recording worked!

I used to lose phone calls when the application froze up, but that has since stopped.

There hasn’t been much improvement.

My voice is now captured by the recorder, but the caller’s is not.

You can see anyone else’s Gmail account if you have a premium account (a paid one), but the worst part is that it sells our personal information.

A company like Truecaller should not be allowed to sell this product.

Call recording isn’t working properly.

During the call, only my voice is recorded; the other party’s voice is not.

Ask the programmers to come up with a solution to this issue.
