My experience with the app is excellent and I’m pleased to be a VIP member.
We’ve been using the fade-in and fade-out option to add music to our videos since the newest update, but it doesn’t seem to be functioning for either local audio or tracks you have provided!
As a result, I lose a full second of my project when I save it at the end.
Please solve them for me, because I love this app and don’t want to switch to another one. Thank you for your consideration.

During those five hours, my work was saved numerous times.
Text styles and fonts have been restored to their default settings.
After 5 hours of working on my new video, the software crashed on me.
All of the fonts and text styles I had used in the course of the day had been changed back to their default settings when I reopened the application.
I’m exhausted, and I don’t have the willpower to mend it all.
I’m in love with it.
Very user friendly.
Starting with the free version was a good place to start.
I’m now a member..
Makes all the difference in the world.
I’ll be using this on all of my social media platforms.
A few irritating moments when working with animated text..styles, etc. resulted in me not giving it a perfect score of 5, thus those points have been deducted.

I have now established that it is a waste of time for me as a developer to only respond to your comments here, but not to respond to your emails.
I signed up and have had problems loading images from the beginning.
Many complaints, but no resolution, therefore I chose to switch to VIVA!!
Over the previous three months, this issue has been reported more than six times.

This program is excellent for editing films of all kinds, and it offers a wide variety of tools for doing so.
This app’s cost is reasonable.
Because if the price goes higher, less people will be using it.
The pricing is currently very reasonable.
Since I’ve used it, I’ve referred it to friends.
This is the worst update ever.
It gets worse every time they release an update.
I can’t stop my videos from zooming in between edits, which is quite annoying.
It has been excellent for about 6 months, but now it is zooming in again. I’ve had this app for well over a year.
Even though none of my email subscriptions were active at the time, I was charged for a whole year.
When I sent a message to the company, I never heard back, and I was out $32 as a result.
I foolishly created an account and took advantage of the three-day free trial, only to be charged immediately for the entire year.
Everything about this experience was awful.
This app was at the top of the list at one point in time.
It was, in fact, rated 5 stars!
Since I’ve already paid for VIP, I can’t even make movies the way I used to be able to.

There will be no second-year renewal of the VIP version of this app and I won’t even use it again till the problem is fixed.
One of the best video-making programs out there, with one major flaw.
To upload shared photographs, I’m unable to access Google Photos.
For me, it’s a deal-breaker.
